Deborah Crawford, G.N.P.

Deborah Crawford, GNP  joined Burke Primary Care to assist with the continuity of patient care for our patients within long-term care facilities.  Deborah Crawford holds dual accreditations as Adult Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Geriatric Nurse Practitioner and Adult Nurse Practitioner from University of Missouri.   Deborah has 10 years of experience caring for adults in long term facilities and she also has 20 years of experience in med-surg nursing, Hospice, and Home Health as a BSN prepared RN.  She received you undergraduate degree from Ohio State University.
