Deborah H. Davis, MD

Dr. Davis is a native North Carolinian who graduated with the first class of women at Davidson College. She graduated from University of North Carolina Medical School, where she was President of her Medical Class. She completed her residency at University of South Carolina Medical School.

After two years of practicing medicine in Alaska, where she met her husband, they settled in Auburn, Washington (near Seattle) where she practiced medicine for 12 years. In 1998, she returned to North Carolina to join her classmate Dr. Plyler at Burke Primary Care.

She holds a Certificate of Added Qualification in Adolescent Medicine. She enjoys caring for young families and children. She is married with three children, ages 18,16, and 13. She loves sports, especially soccer, and has coached soccer in the past. She also enjoys destinations. Her family traveled to Tanzania in 2007 and Ecuador in 2009.
