We provide comprehensive primary care services for all ages, including same day acute care appointments for our patients. Acute care includes illnesses that have occurred in the past 24 - 72 hours and require attention. This includes: colds, coughs, flu, bronchitis, earaches, burns, cuts, bruises, sprains, rashes, skin conditions just to name a few.

Pediatric Care

We provide care and medical coordination for all childhood ailments as well as, well-child checks, school physicals, sports physicals, and immunizations. We will also take care of newborns in the hospital.

Adolescent Health

We provide care and medical coordination for all adolescent ailments including school/college physicals, sports physicals, acne, and counseling specific to these years. We have a female physician on our staff that has many years of experience and is specifically certified in adolescent health.

Women's Health

We provide care and medical coordination for all adult ailments and issues including, annual physicals, (pap & breast exam) , Menopausal management, Osteoporosis management, Thyroid evaluation, counseling, and management of chronic medical illnesses.

Men's Health

We provide care and medical coordination for all adult ailments as well as, annual physicals, including screening for prostate cancer, colon cancer, and cardiac risks, management of chronic medical illnesses, as well as comprehensive screening for heart disease and cancer.

Lab Services

We provide as a convenience to our patients an on-site lab for many common tests including: CBC, Urinalysis, HgbA1c, Strep Test, Mononucleosis Test, Influenza test, H-Plyori, Glucose Tolerance Test, and Pregnancy Testing. We also have an on-site collection station for all other necessary lab testing.

Radiology Services

As an added convenience for our patients we have an on-site x-ray department that can perform most x-rays allowing us to diagnose fractures, pneumonia, heart failure, as well as other medical conditions.

We, also have on-site bone density testing with a state-of-the-art full body DEXA machine. This allows us to diagnose patients in the early stages of Osteoporosis and we are able to offer prevention and treatment options. The DEXA scanner can also determine total and regional body fat analysis.

Hospital Care

Should your care require hospitalization our providers admit to Grace Hospital, which is part of the Blue Ridge Health Care System. We provide a dedicated physician to offer our patients needed services and support while hospitalized.

House Calls

We provide house calls on an "as needed" basis for our HOSPICE patients that are home bound.

Nursing Home Care

We provide a dedicated physician and family nurse practitioner to offer advocacy, compassionate care and treatment for our patients who chose nursing home care. We currently care for patients at Grace Ridge Retirement Community, Grace Heights, Autumn Care, and College Pines Care Facilities.

Occupational Health

We provide a dedicated staff for the treatment of work related injuries, drug testing, pre-employment screenings, CDL exams, and OSHA screenings. Please click here to find out about additional Occupational Health services.
