Amy L. Cable, FNP Biography
Cable earned her Master’s in Nursing (FNP) from Gardner Webb in 2018; her Bachelor’s Degree - Nursing from Regis University in 2005 and her Associate Degree- Nursing from Western Piedmont Community College in 2002.
Most recently Cable was employed by Charlotte Healthcare System – Blue Ridge, serving in Ambulatory Surgery, Telemetry / ICU and patient orientation education. Her clinical experience also includes Orthopedic Nursing, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Correctional Nursing, and Geriatric Rehabilitation.
As a life-long resident of Burke County, Cable said she researches the histories of the Appalachian area, especially the Linville Gorge. “I love to hike and explore waterfalls with my family and two dogs,” she said.
Cable also enjoys reading, acrylic painting, drawing, and other crafts and music – guitar and flute in particular.
