Clarissa Crooks has been named a Burke Primary Care Family Nurse Practitioner after serving the practice as a Registered Nurse since 2010.
In the pursuit of her FNP, Crooks expanded her clinical skills with an emphasis on quality, accuracy and patient experience; expanded her medical problem-solving and investigative capabilities; and strengthened her approach to compassionate, multifaceted nursing practices for the whole family.
Crooks earned her Master of Science – Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) from Gardner Webb University and met requirements to advance her career within Burke Primary Care. Her special interests include pediatric and adolescent health, as well as women's health.
On the rare moments when she is not working, Crooks enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and watching her daughter, Blaikley, play basketball.
